Have you been an active member of a gym or boot camp or training consistently in CrossFit for the last 6 months or more? Then you are welcome to a FREE drop-in to try our style of CrossFit. We still need a head’s up so a member of our staff will be available to speak with you and answer any questions you have about our community and training. Afterward, we can talk about the membership options available that will meet your goals!
