This is great advice, but when our clients call on us to help them, they need more than just a generalized approach to nutrition. Our clients need to know what a "bad diet" consists of? What are macros? A solid nutrition program with balanced macros is not just general advice from our coaches. We pride ourselves in offering customized nutrition guidance and services to our members and non-members alike.
In order to provide a complete health and wellness experience at Bandit CrossFit, we have partnered with Registered Dietitan, Nicole Aucion, of Healthy Steps Nutrition. Nicole writes all of our nutrition plans in a quest to empower clients to make permanent lifestyle changes. She provides health coaching through diet and exercise to help clients meet their goals.

The Internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information that can be confusing and even misleading. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake. Or, even worse, a pill.
