Bandit coaches are pros at helping our community get results–safely!!

Bandit CrossFit is accepting participants into our April Group On Ramp program. Our On Ramp class is designed to teach the basic movements and give beginning CrossFitters the confidence to successfully join our CrossFit group classes.

If you’ve been interested in trying CrossFit, this is a great way to learn more about it in a low-pressure and comfortable setting with people just like you. One of the biggest myths surrounding CrossFit is that you have to be “in shape” to do it, or that it’s too intense. At Bandit CrossFit, we’ve worked hard to combat this myth that prevents so many people from experiencing the life-changing fitness training and education that we have provided to so many. You could be one of those people!

Being “able” to CrossFit is more about your education and knowledge level than your physical ability. Our group classes are made up of a variety of ability levels. This is a successful training model because of the multitude of ways Bandit coaches modify our daily work to accommodate the unique needs of each class member. Our Bandit On Ramp program is designed to do three things:

1. Educate new members about the common exercises we use in our group classes
2. Teach participants how to perform the exercises properly
3. Teach common substitutions and skill progressions based on individual needs and ability

On Ramp Class Schedule:
Dates: April 4-April 28, 2016
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 7:30-8:30 pm.

On Ramp Pricing:
$130 per person

Class space is limited to 8 participants!
