If you can’t do double unders, you will work for 10 minutes trying to get them.
Some of you may get a score of zero. That is OK. Next year, I bet this won’t be the case. You’ll be laughing in the face of double unders.
We will work through this workout in as many heats as needed. Each person competing in the open will have a judge counting their reps and making sure he/she adheres to the movement standards.
