2: Bandit Barbell Snatch Warmup (No Measure)

Strength

3: Metcon (Weight)

10 Min EMOM:

1st: (1) Hang Snatch + (1) Snatch

2nd: 2-3 Snatch Balance (no squat) pay attention to foot landing position.

Use moderate weight, this is technique work.

Conditioning
