Do as many Double Unders as you can in 5 minutes.

Strength

Do the following squats every 60 seconds.

3.1: High Bar Back Squat (1×6 @ 60%)

3.2: High Bar Back Squat (1×5 @ 70%)

3.3: High Bar Back Squat (1×4 @ 80%)

3.4: High Bar Back Squat (3×3 @ 85%)

Conditioning

3.5: Metcon (Time)

Level 3:

50 Wall Ball (20/14)

50 AbMat Sole-to-Sole Situps

50 HR Pushups

5 Rope Climbs

Level 2, 1: Scale accordingly.

Level 4:

6 min AMRAP

50 Wall Ball (20/14)

50 HR Pushups
