1 Thruster the first minute

2 Thrusters the second minute

3 Thrusters the third minute

4 Thrusters the fourth minute

5, 6, 7, 8 and so on.

Your workout is over when you can no longer finish the amount of thrusters that correspond with the minute that you are on.

Score is the last full round you completed, plus any thrusters you did into the next round. (rounds + reps)
