In teams of 2, complete 2 rounds for time with 1 person working at a time except on the runs.

50 Goblet Squats 53/35

50 Kettlebell Swings

50 Abmat Situps

400 meter run

Cashout: 10 rope climbs

Notes: Partners must stay together for the runs. Also, you must physically tag each other out on the other movements.
