1: Power Snatch (2×2 @ 70% — 90 sec rest)

1: Power Snatch (2×1 @ 75% — 90 sec rest)

2: Power Clean and Push Jerk (2×2 + 1 @ 70% — 90 sec rest)

2: Power Clean and Push Jerk (2×2+1 @ 75% — 90 sec rest)
