Our Classes

Every Bandit CrossFit class is designed to give you a great workout cleverly designed as a good time. Led by our incredible coaches, you’ll love the physical power, great friendships, and mental toughness you develop when you sweat with us.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored!  We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Beginners Course

    Learn all the basics of CrossFit through one-on-one training with a coach. You’ll get an InBody scan, a goals consult, a nutrition consult, four one-on-one sessions, and then the remaining month of group classes (or up two weeks of classes) to get you started. $349.

    • Four personal training sessions (spread over two weeks)
    • Coach will attend first group class with member
    • Nutritional and goals consultation
    • Access to private Bandit CrossFit group with health and fitness tips and info
    • Two more weeks of group classes
  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Bandit CrossFit offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Our coaches are here to help you improve anything and everything physical you would like to get better in, including your regular CrossFit workout. Our coaches can help you with  Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Mobility and much, much more! We can even help get you in tip-top shape for any upcoming events with our Competition Prep Sessions! Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

    Also, be sure to tell your friends because Bandit CrossFit is now featuring friends and small group personal training sessions as well! Note: the pricing for these personal training sessions will depend on the amount of people and the length of the session.

  • Custom Nutrition Programs

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.

    Free Nutrition Consult – This 15-minute consult will address your current nutrition habits and prescribe the best plan of action for your needs. 

    Power Hour – This 1-hour appointment includes a full-body assessment with an InBody scan, measurements, “before” photos, SMART goal setting and a 1-week sample meal plan with suggestions for approximate balanced macros. We’ll go over your current habits and establish a baseline from which to start your journey to better health. $99 ($79 members)

    4-week Custom Nutrition Plan – Our 4-week custom nutrition plan starts with an 80-minute consult with all the features of the Power Hour. Plus, we’ll design a customized meal plan (with specific macros) for you and keep track of your progress with a halfway-point checkin as well as a followup scan and measurements. $199 ($179 members)

    Deluxe Customized Program – This 4-week program includes everything in our 4-week Custom Nutrition Plan but also includes a weekly phone call and review of food logs. $359 ($339 members)

    Ongoing Coaching – Ongoing Nutrition Coaching includes a monthly in-person 30-minute session that includes an InBody scan, goal check, and Q&A. In between monthly sessions, we check in with you to make sure you’re on track. $79/month for non-members. $59/month for members.
