What You Need To Know About Working at Bandit CrossFit

Want to work at a CrossFit gym? I’ve got an opportunity for you. But, you need to know something about our gym first.

Sure, Bandit Crossfit is a “CrossFit” gym. But, we do so much more than just CrossFit. We work with runners, obstacle racers, weightlifters, and ANYONE who desires to improve upon any of the following fitness aptitudes, also known as the 10 General Physical Skills:
1. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance
2. Stamina
3. Strength
4. Flexibility
5. Power
6. Speed
7. Coordination
8. Agility
9. Balance
10. Accuracy

We want to help anyone who is looking to get stronger and more fit. It’s time to open up CrossFit to anyone, and show the world that CrossFit can be more and help more.

The earning potential for this position has no cap, and is directly connected to the success of our business. It’s a great opportunity for the right person with a positive and “go-getting” atttitude and solid work ethic. It’s one that I wish I had the opportunity to pursue, so I wouldn’t have had to open my own gym to create it.

On another note, any gym owners out there who feel the “business” of doing CrossFit has taken them away from the coaching and helping part of CrossFit are also welcome to consider and apply. I am looking for good, hard-working people. Period. And if you’re a current gym owner, I know from experience, the hard-working part is covered.
