teams of three:
Three Rounds for Time:
60 cal AB
12 Tire Flips and Jump through
100 Meter Sled Relay, 45/25# plate on sled
45 Burpees
AB: Each Partner does 20 cal
Tire: Every flip of tire, everyone jumps through, doesn’t matter who flips
Sled: Every person pulls sled 100m,
Burpees: one person at a time, 15 burpees each
Rope: One at a time, doesn’t matter who does them. Scale: 2 up/downs for every one climb.
