Bandit CrossFit – CrossFit
No Saturday Class—We will be supporting the BoxLife Memorial Workout for Erika Larson. Also, Coach Emily and Rickey will be at the Badlands 50 all day.
In case you can’t make it, you can do this workout at home or meet some of your friends somewhere to do it
Warm-up
1: Metcon (No Measure)
4 sets of 20 – high plank shoulder taps (no rotation)
Conditioning
2: Metcon (No Measure)
Every 6 minutes x 4 sets:
800m run
6-10 Strict Pullups or pushups (not hand release, hips do not touch floor)
