Conditioning
1: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
10 Pull-Ups
200 Meter Sprint
Note: Each person will do one round, then tag their partner. Log the total rounds and reps you get.
The run counts as 10 reps. If you start, but don’t finish the run, then you get five points.
Rx+: Chest to bar pullups
