Warm-up
1: Bandit Barbell Clean AND Jerk Warm-up (No Measure)
Strength
2: Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (2 reps EMOMX12, add weight as you go, if you can)
Conditioning
3: Metcon (Time)
5 Rounds, with a partner:
45 sec assault bike
8 KB Swing (53/35)
8 Box Jump Overs
Notes:
Each partner completes 5 rounds. Partner one completes a round, then partner 2 completes a round.
You must tag your partner when you are finished with box jumps.
Log the total time for the workout.
If there is an odd person, they rest 1:1 between rounds.
