Conditioning
3: 800m Run (Time)
Max Effort 800m Run
For the runners of the gym, do 5-6×800 meter runs.
If an 800 meter run will take you more than 5 minutes. Then, only do three or four sets.
Rest 1:1
Log your best effort in the results. Post other times and how many rounds you completed, in comments. Try to work up to your last set being a max effort.
