Perform in teams of two:
5 rounds:
Run 200 Meters
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Each partner does 5 rounds. One person working at a time.
Cash Out: 400 meter heavy farmer carry. Take turns carrying whatever you choose: sandbag, plate, water jugs, kettlebells, dumbbells. You choose your burden.
