Conditioning
1: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 25
200 meter run
then
15 sandbag get ups 40/20
30 Burpees
15 Tire Flips
30 Wall balls
Every five minutes, stop where you are and run 200 meter as a team.
One person working at a time through AMRAP. You must all be together as you move through the different exercises.
