Conditioning
1: Kettlehell (Partner) (Time)
4 Rounds
2 person teams
400 meter run with Kettlebell (53/35)
At every 200 meters:
30 burpees
30 kettlebell swings
Rules:
1. You must stay with your partner.
2. The kettlebell can never touch the ground. Partners may switch the kettlbell back and forth as often or as little as they choose.
3. One person working at a time on burpees and kettlebells.
4. Reps can be split any way you choose.
