Warm-up
1: CrossOver Symmetry Iron Scap (No Measure)
Strength/Skill
Spend 30 minutes working on anything you want.
Conditioning
2: Death By Burpees (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
1 Burpee the first minute
2 Burpees the second minute
3 Burpees the third minute
4 Burpees the fourth minute
5, 6, 7, 8 and so on.
Your workout is over when you can no longer finish the amount of burpees that correspond with the minute that you are on.
Score is the last full round you completed, plus any burpees you did into the next round. (rounds + reps)
