Check out NBC tonight to see our very own Coach Sam take a shot at the American Ninja Warrior Finals course in Las Vegas. Tonight, at 8 p.m. CST, NBC is airing the first round of the Vegas finals. Encore presentation of the show is on the Esquire Network tomorrow night (Tuesday) at 7 p.m. CST.
In the Dallas, Texas, qualifying stage, Sam made it to the fifth obstacle, the ring toss, and fell to the water below. However, her strength and determination were obvious to Ninja Warrior producers. In June, they flew her to Las Vegas to compete as a “Wild Card” contestant in the Las Vegas finals. Sam was one of 8 women who competed in Vegas. She spent the week hanging out with Ninja Warrior Super Stars, like Sam Sann and Kacy Catanzaro.
