Test
1: 7-Minute Burpee Test (AMRAP – Reps)
Do as many burpees as you can for 7 minutes.
Do not click RX if you did not touch your chest to the ground for every rep, or if you had to scale some other way.
A burpee involves touching chest to ground and jumping with hands over head at the top.
Conditioning
2: 800m Run (Time)
Max Effort 800m Run
2×800 meter run, with 3 minute rest between
Log best time in results. Post both times in comments.
